Security is an ongoing priority. Constant shifts in security protocols make security a multi-faceted event.
We constantly strive to make our systems safer and our data better protected. Below are a few steps we're taking to protect your information.

All our systems and clients data resides within a SAS70 certified facility.

Users must choose a strong password and automatic lockouts are enforced when incorrect passwords are repeatedly entered. We don’t allow the browser to save your login, which eliminates access from a stolen or compromised computer. If you leave your computer unattended for an extended period, you will be automatically logged out.

External access to our servers is controlled by multiple layers of firewalls, intrusion protection systems and routers, which are configured and monitored according to industry best practice.

We run offsite backups nightly, full backups weekly.

Upload, Share and attach documents to transactions. Take documents and turn them into tasks, allow comments to flow between team and clients.

Our servers have SSL Certificates signed by global leaders in certificates so all data transferred between the users and the service is encrypted. The encryption is the same as that used for Internet banking.

No one has access to your organization unless invited by you and with a level of user permission selected by you. You can remove any invited users whenever you want.

No user can transfer or withdraw funds from within the CloudSway application. All financial data is read only, so when sharing bank or credit card data, the person you share with can only read and comment on data, not make financial transfers.

Assign clients directly to team members or outsourced and contracted workers. Monitor tasks, and track work. Team members only receive data relevant to their client base, no one else, unless tasked.

Monitor multiple cards or accounts and multiple employees or contractors from one dashboard. Immediately respond to unusual expenses, without being caught off guard at the end of month review.

Data protection is a two way street, and although CloudSway works excessively to protect your data, we need your help to keep it secured.

Choose a secure password
When LinkedIn was breached; we were all amazed by the number of users that had used password or Linkedin1 as their password. Pick a strong password that is difficult to guess.

Do not share your password
Do not place it in your wallet or purse; do not attach a sticky note to your desk with the password.

Keep your software and browsers up-to-date
Check your operating system provider for the most current security patches and updates and make sure you have downloaded the most current version of the browser you use.

Beware of “phishing” scams
Only log into CloudSway at: https://app.cloudsway.com/accounts/Auth/Login

Be cautious of suspicious emails
If you receive an email from CloudSway that points you to any address other than the one above, or to www.cloudsway.com, notify us immediately at security@cloudsway.com.
